Job Description
This is a hybrid role (2-3 days/week onsite) in Mountain View, CA



Required Skills:

• Client's Finance Digital Transformation (FDTG) PMO Team is looking for a resource to help drive dedicated change management activities to continuously improve the stakeholder experience for key technology changes and identify ways to streamline processes.

• We are looking for a strategic minded individual to operate as the Contract Lifecycle Management program

• Change Management Program Manager who will demonstrate extreme ownership of their work, deliver excellence at scale and can operate without boundaries.



Job Details:

• Leadership and Strategy Cultivates & coordinates relationships with project stakeholders, with ability to interact with senior leaders to provide strategic guidance or support decision-making.

• Collaborates across client to leverage resources & knowledge to solve problems & achieve results Adept at focusing thinking around a shared vision and critical few priorities; role-models execution with speed, agility, and excellence Change Management.

• Develops and executes effective communications for project stakeholders in alignment with FDTG and Corporate Communications standards and governance process Understands & interprets stakeholder landscape, expectations, and key opportunities to shape and drive change management activities.

• Expert at determining the right resources, operating mechanisms, communications and training needed to gain alignment and to manage change Knows how to best leverage various traditional and digital communication channels to create and manage targeted and integrated communication and training programs for both an internal employee audience and externally to enable third parties.

• Creates compelling written content and visually engaging graphics; uses social media and video to enhance impact and messaging, as appropriate.

• Partners across Finance and with Technology 4 client, Corporate Communications, and other cross-functional partners to implement any large-scale communication and training programs.

• Leverages central client Learning & Development organization's instructional design and facilitation methodologies to ensure consistency and the highest level of performance.

• Owns the design, structure and maintenance of Coupa project content on the intranet, collaboration portals, and learning management systems; evaluates effectiveness and directs continuous improvement efforts Project Management Supports project management of change management initiatives in a lead or support role.

• Supports end-to-end change management with ownership, decision planning, recommendation, and execution of change management activities.

• Provides meaningful insights to project team to drive strategy or key decisions.
