Job Description
This is a hybrid role (2-3 days onsite per week) in Mountain View, CA 94043



Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in human resources or compensation

• Strong understanding of compensation programs, especially focal processes

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills



This is a program manager role on the compensation team driving several key aspects of Client year end talent and pay (YETP, aka Focal) process and Client recognition program. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing or supporting compensation programs, especially focal processes; experience with Workday Advanced Comp preferred.



Key responsibilities as follows:

• Support and manage the YETP rewards tool and report/dashboard testing, ensuring the functionality and data accuracy are as expected and aligned with the requirements.

• Support the training and communications as it relates to the YETP rewards program, partnering with the communications and L&D team to align on the training and comms strategy and execution plans. Review and update manager workshop contents, manager eLearning contents, resources on the Insight pages as well as manager/employees/HRBP resource guides. Partner up with the communications team to review and finalize manager communications messages.

• Support manager and HRBP inquiries while we are in the rewards planning.

• Work with Tech and HR Data Services (HRDS) to audit and address employee compensation data changes due to parallel events (eg. transfers, relocations, etc.), consulting with Comp Partners when needed.

• Deliver YETP statements, including collecting requirements and submit over to the Tech team, managing statement testing E2E, and partnering with the Tech team to align on the statement launch execution plans.

• Deliver ENI bonus payout by partnering with US and Canada payroll team to collect employee earnings data, working with Tech to test data load and respective ENI statement launch, etc.

• Manage Intuit's employee recognition program (Spotlight), including bulk upload awards requests from the business, cancel awards from employee requests, maintain and create spotlight reports to support business, etc.
