Job Description
***Only qualified Marketing Specialist candidates located near the Mountain View, CA area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***
Required Skills:
• 5+ years in program management (not just project management)
• Exceptional understanding of change management, ability to connect strategy to execution, highly organized
• Skilled in stakeholder and risk management
• excellent relationship management and cross-functional collaboration
• Drives initiatives and programs forward, reliable resource.
Duties:
• Coordinates and monitors the scheduling, risk management and performance of company programs
• Negotiates and prepares change management plans by considering the financial conditions, resources, and project requirements
• Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules, develops solutions to program problems, and directs work of incumbents assigned to program from various departments
• Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget
• Acts as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations
