We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to support Client fast-paced Browse and SEO team. The role will support Product Managers and Engineers on the Browse & SEO team by managing and helping deliver complex programs and constituent projects from inception to implementation. You’ll get to partner with stakeholders horizontally and vertically within the organization - as well as create processes to manage requests and collaboration with key stakeholders across the company. If you have experience in Technical Program Management and/or Search Engine Optimization (SEO), you’d be a great fit!



Responsibilities:

Coordinating with Product Managers and collaborating teams to ensure clear communication and documentation of delivery requirements between teams

Run the end to end lifecycle of complex programs that contribute to the Browse & SEO roadmap, from concept and initiation to release and go to market (launch to site)

Establish detailed program plans, developing and controlling deadlines and processes across the teams’ activities

Assess program performance by and aim to maximize/optimize delivery impact

Identify risks and issues impacting delivery and work with teams to mitigate them, always having a “Plan B”

Lead key operating rhythms within the program team and between partner teams; ensure that everyone is working together helping solving cross org issues / communication / partner concerns

Balance trade-offs between business needs with technical constraints; gaining consensus across partners along the way

Ensure clear status reporting is happening at all levels, whether at the sponsor level or day to day team members



Requirements:

Must Have: 5+ years of program management

Nice to Have: 2+ years experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Demonstrated track record of leading large-scale programs in a product environment from conception through completion

Ability to take initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances and act independently

Experience working in an end to end, cross functional environment with engineering, product, operations, and program/project management counterparts

Clear and concise in both verbal and written communications including presentations (e.g., functional/technical specifications, status reports, etc.)

Manage multiple partners at various levels in the organization and working with them all equally, proactively and transparently

Outstanding communication and organizational skills

Excellent problem-solving ability

Able to work across US, EU and IL time zones

Team player with a structured and reliable way of working

Experience in e-commerce is a plus
