Multitasking projects analyzing large datasets to find trends through high level org understanding. General program management to define project scope, develop and execute plans, drive risk and compliance activities. Drive execution of risk and compliance activities focused on designing and testing controls and safeguards. Drive effective, concise and persuasive program communications/collaboration, including root cause analysis, internal/external escalations coordination and communications to leadership, and business recommendations for broader stakeholder groups. Knowledgeable about program management and ability to be comfortable in ambiguous situations.



Job Description:

We seek a motivated candidate with a strong background in program/ project management, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with global stakeholders. Your role involves aiding in planning, executing, and monitoring projects, possibly developing plans, tracking progress, and updating stakeholders. Ideal candidate will promote cross-functional engagement, monitor evolving real-time crises, and communicate program progress to key stakeholders. This role places you at the center of managing crises, elections, and unconventional issues arising on our platforms, ensuring the continued safety and well-being of our user communities.



Additionally, We are looking for someone who has a passion for identifying risks and diving deep to understand where and how these are manifesting on our platforms. This individual has a demonstrated ability to leverage large data sets and advanced tooling to both detect emerging risks and investigate them. The successful candidate will have strong analytical & investigative skills and should be comfortable with ambiguity and experimentation.



Responsibilities

• Define project scope, develop and execute project plans for supported programs

• Drive execution of risk and compliance activities focused on designing and testing controls and safeguards

• Drive effective, concise and persuasive program communications/collaboration, including root cause analysis, internal/external escalations coordination and communications to leadership, and business recommendations for broader stakeholder groups

• Establish learnings, best practices, standardized frameworks and tools across programs and projects, maintain knowledge of Client products, policies, and Integrity functions to identify stakeholders and build strong relationships with global XFN partners

• Identify gaps in strategy, systems, and processes to support growth at scale

• General program management to define project scope, develop and execute plans, drive risk and compliance activities

• Showcase grace under pressure and ensure effective and timely collaboration with multiple internal stakeholders including but not limited to Public Policy, Core Policy, Legal, Sales, Product and Engineering

• Adapt to changing requirements and prioritize escalation requests effectively

• Liaise closely with our Client vendor teams to ensure all operational KPIs meet and exceed targets and work collaboratively to improve processes and tools and scale solutions.

• Demonstrated passion for identifying risks and investigating how they manifest on our platforms

• Strong analytical and investigative skills, experience leveraging large data sets and advanced tooling to detect emerging risks



Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Trust & Safety or Online Operations for a tech company, consulting, operations or similar roles

• Strategic thinking with a proven track record of enhancing customer experience through innovation and continuous improvement

• 3+ years project or program management experience in a corporate environment.

• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across functional boundaries and globally

• Ability to make judgments under tight deadlines and competing priorities

• Proficiency/ Basic knowledge in analytical tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) for driving analytics, reporting and operational decision-making

• Experience driving collaboration of cross-functional teams, coordinating effectively, and inspiring others

• Experience communicating effectively via various formats, time zones and audiences, including within operations teams and across with key stakeholders and senior leadership
