Job Description
Required Education:

• High School Diploma

• Scheduling and Coordination

•Organize meetings, appointments, and project timelines to ensure all team members are aligned.



Required Experience:

• 2-3 years in Project Coordination, Project Management, Operations Management, or a similar role.

• Highly organized to manage multiple tasks, track deadlines, and maintain project schedules.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for conveying information clearly and concisely to team members, stakeholders, and leadership.

• A keen eye for detail to ensure all aspects of the project are considered and nothing is overlooked.

• Proficiency in prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet deadlines.



The Project Coordinator will have a critical role in supporting the project team in the planning, execution, and completion of various projects within the organization. The coordinator will communicate updates and deadlines, manage deliverables through tools like JIRA, capturing project requirements, reviewing project deliverables for completion and accuracy, and providing other project support, as necessary.



Job Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between project stakeholders, team members, and clients to facilitate clear and effective communication.

Documentation

• Maintain project documentation, including meeting notes, progress reports, and project plans.

• Assist in the allocation and management of project resources, such as personnel, equipment, and materials.

• Monitor and track project issues and risks and assist in the development of mitigation strategies.

• Provide general administrative support, such as preparing presentations, handling correspondence, and managing project files.
