Requirements:



· Bachelors degree in either Science, technology, engineering, and mathematics is required



· Knowledge of foreign language preferred



· STEM background preferred



· 2+ years of experience in project management or related field



· Data management experience required (Excel, SQL)

Description:

Project Coordinators II may act as the day-to-day lead of multiple projects within our portfolio, handling workflow and operations so Project Managers may support strategic initiatives. They will work cross-functionally, influencing key decisions across teams and functions. Moreover, they will:



Responsibilities:

Drives speed and simplicity by:

• Attending and pulling documentation for weekly business reviews for each project; they may lead these calls at times too Creating guidelines and iterating on guidelines with support from Product partners Identifying quality misalignments and performing root cause analyses to determine the origin of any data deficiencies Cascading quality deficiencies upstream and downstream to ensure calibration among project teams Aligning priorities, roles, and decision-making criteria within projects and across pillars Proactively identifying and mitigating potential roadblocks Advising DLAs on best practice for quality assurance and data annotation Standardizing DLA training/onboarding across GenAI Willingness to work with vendors across multiple time zones Support with any additional tasks to help with program excellence



Requirements:

• BA/BS required

• Knowledge of foreign language preferred

• STEM background preferred

• 2+ years of experience in project management or related field

• Data management experience required (Excel, SQL)
