Job Description
Only qualified Project Manager candidates located near the Jacksonville, FL area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence (2-3 days in office, 2-3 remote)



Education:

• Bachelor’s (or equivalent) in a relevant field



You Should Have:

• 5+ years of Risk & Control experience and Project Management / Coordination

• The ability to clearly explain processes needed to accomplish a goal

• Curiosity

• Experience identifying gaps and types of content to be written

• Experience with Risk, Control or technical products or platforms

• A strong and rationalized sense of priorities, and the ability to translate conflicting priorities and requirements into an actionable plan

• Launched and continuously improved documentation by focusing on both short-term and long-term goals

• Comfort working within an agile framework

• High levels of accountability and ownership



We’re looking for a talented Project Manager to assist in ensuring Technology MCA team deliverables are executed on time with quality. We’re looking for a dynamic and collaborative Project Manager to coordinate the creation and execution of project schedules and MCA process documentation. We’re looking for someone who wants to learn about banking at Client's uniquely global scale, and who can work across the various businesses to deliver clear, engaging user content.

The Technology MCA team within Technology Controls focuses on:

• Transformation and deployment of MCA across all of Technology

• Running MCA as a service provider for Technology

• Creating value as a source of management insight in the MCA space



You Will:

• Work with MCA teams to define, execute, and communicate project plans for stakeholders at multiple levels

• Collaborate with our MCA Architect team to maintain content quality and consistency
