Job Description
Education-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Math, Engineering, Programming, or Finance.
Experience-
Essential:
7+ years of knowledge and expertise in Project Management within the financial services industry.
Prior experience running large-scale projects.
Desirable:
10+ years of combined PMO and Project Management experience highly preferred.
Six Sigma or PMP certification (preferred but not mandatory).
Knowledge of tools and platforms such as PTS 2.0, JIRA, Tableau, and SharePoint (configuration and maintenance experience is a plus).
Competencies-
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact at senior levels within the organization.
Proficient in stakeholder management, including with senior management.
Demonstrated project risk management skills, including risk identification, analysis, response, monitoring, and leadership.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt and think critically in complex scenarios.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional project teams.
Detail-oriented, with strong multitasking and follow-up capabilities.
A desire to gain or expand knowledge of Finance/Risk processes, data, and platforms, as well as enterprise-wide product and geography organizations.
Responsibilities
Lead and execute large-scale (agile/waterfall) business projects with a focus on E2E planning, organizational readiness, and artifact compliance.
Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely project completion and robust test planning and execution.
Manage stakeholders effectively and maintain clear communication across project teams and senior management.
Ensure risk and issue management is executed effectively to mitigate project challenges.
Support the design and implementation of Retail Credit Risk infrastructure while adhering to compliance and governance standards.
Utilize tools such as MS Office (Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word), JIRA, Tableau, and PTS 2.0 to facilitate project execution. - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
