Job Description
Required Education:
• Bachelors Degree

Required Experiences and Skills:
• 4+ years of Regulatory or Quality Control project experience
• 2+ Project within Integrations
• 2+ years of Large Scale Infrastructure Project Management
• 2+ years of PM experience
• 2+ years Vendor Management
• Experience with MS Project
• Experience in OnePPM tool
• Experience with Gantt Charts

Preferred Experiences and Skills:
• PMP or equivalent

Facilities Project Manager Responsibilities:
The Facilities Project Manager is responsible for the management of the utility and infrastructure portion of manufacturing projects. This include but is not limited to management of vendors, equipment moves, construction, and utility infrastructure upgrades. This role focuses on overseeing large-scale utility/infrastructure and construction projects, such as roof replacements, manufacturing equipment moves/landings and building upgrades. The Facilities Project Manager collaborates with internal teams and external contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, according to specifications, and most importantly projects are delivered safely.

Key Responsibilities
• Vendor Management: Oversee and coordinate vendor activities needed for project executions. Including vendor trades assigned to complete utility and infrastructure upgrades, equipment riggers, crane operators, and construction. Perform safety walkthroughs, assessments, develop safety mitigation actions, and complete contractor briefings prior to starting the work. Ensure vendor compliance with company policies.
• Issue Resolution: Lead troubleshooting and resolution of project-related issues, particularly HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and utility infrastructure malfunctions and urgent building repairs.
• Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee large-scale utility and infrastructure projects.
• Budget & Financial Oversight: Develop project budgets, track expenses, and manage vendor invoices, ensuring financial compliance.
• Purchasing and Orders: Use online/digital systems to facilitate the preparation and processing of project purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and budget constraints.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project activities, vendor contracts, project milestones, and system performance metrics.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all facility activities comply with relevant safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including production operations, facilities team, and project engineers, to align facility upgrades with project needs and timelines.
• Contract Negotiation: Assist in negotiating vendor contracts, service agreements, and warranties to optimize service quality and cost savings.

• Lead team in the development of project charters and comprehensive management plans
• Meet with project stakeholders to understand and refine project scope. Create detailed work breakdown
• Develop and manage detail project Gantt chart. Identify major workstreams, dependencies, and critical path
• Develop risk management plan for the project – Identify, understand, and analyze risks, and develop and monitor risk response plan
• Collaborate closely operations, engineering, and quality to understand customer needs and ensure successful project implementation
• Activate and motivate the project team to drive project success and achieve goals on time • Builds successful working relationships with internal and external personnel in various departments
• Estimate and assign project team resources – define roles, responsibilities, and deliverables for each team member
• Develop stakeholder management plans for the project – identify, analyze, and understand stakeholder expectations
• Deliver project report outs to Sr. Leadership. Communicate project status, achievements, risks, timeline, and budget
• Hight emotional intelligence and stays calm under pressure. Adaptable and able to resolve conflicts
• Incorporates end-user feedback to refine scope through the project lifecycle and communicates changes, updates and decisions to key stakeholders
• Keeps the customer at the heart of what we do
•Responsible to provide input of workstream business objective outlined in the Joint Replacement Project Charters.
•Build and track overall project timeline; Monitor and mitigate overall project risks
•Provide input for CER creation and submission; Track and manage workstream project expenses
•Create a resource plan; Manage all project resource and prioritize tasks.
•Responsible and accountable for delivery of project Gantt chart commitments within time, resource and budget constraints
•Responsible and accountable for OnePPM inputs and reports
•Set up recurring meetings to track meeting minutes and actions for individual processes
•Identify alternative solutions and approaches to overcoming project issues/risks while proactively communicating meaningful project measurements and KPIs per expectations
