Job Description
Required Technical Skills: (listed in order of most important to least)
• Agile experience
• Ability to work in a cross functional project management environment with proven ability to drive large scale projects
• Experience with financial management
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Ability to manage vendors
• SDLC experience required (need to know where to go next in the process)
• Risk and Issue Management
• Ability to forecast budgets, manage cost plan, larger dollar amounts so needs someone that is really strong watching their financials

Preferred Technical Skills:
• Clarizen
• Jira
• PMP cert
• Agile SAFe

Education:
• Preferred bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
• PMP cert and Agile SAFe cert nice to have

Soft Skills:
• Leadership and Communication
• Leading cross-functional teams
• Adaptability to ever-changing environments

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills
• Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time
• Basic knowledge of circuit boards, processors, electronic equipment and computer hardware and software
• Basic knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods
• Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods
• Basic knowledge of computer software, such as Visual Basic, Java, SQL, etc.

The main function of the Project Manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as electronic data processing, information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming.

Project Manager Responsibilities:
• Review project plans to plan and coordinate project activity
• Manage backup, security and user help system
• Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements
• Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve problems
• Provide users with technical support for computer problems
