Job Description
***Only qualified Project Manager Operations candidates located near the Columbus, OH area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***

The Sr. Project Manager is an individual contributor role responsible for working with both business and technical teams to understand and document requirements for projects of larger scale or high complexity in terms of ambiguity of problem, opportunity, solution, and strategic importance. This includes applying extensive domain knowledge and using expert technical skills to support business partners, resolve problems, mentor team members, and providing peer training as required. The Sr. Project Manager articulates business processes, information flows and enablement of technology, as well as establishes strong partnerships with both internal and external partners to ensure seamless execution. In addition, they must lead cross functional teams from concept through launch by documenting scope boundaries, assessing risk, and escalating as needed for issue resolution.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree is a must
• 8+ years Business Analyst experience required
• Experience working on large scale and highly complex projects or programs involving cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Advanced problem solving, analytical skills by applying creative thinking and analysis and present those insights through visualization so others can gain clarity and collaborate around the issue
• Subject matter expertise in multiple functional areas
• Must be extremely organized and detail oriented
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks by importance, due date, and interdependence with other tasks
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proven ability to work well individually and within the team environment; delegating and sharing decision-making with teammates as appropriate
• Certifications on any of the following a plus: PMP, Black/Green Belt Lean Six Sigma

Primary Responsibilities:
• Lead the following requirements management disciplines for a program or large initiatives that span business operations and/or technological changes for multiple areas of the business, and includes:
-Elicitation for implementation or discovery/RFP
-Prioritization
-Verification
-Communication
-Traceability
-Business goal alignment
• Focused on ensuring all delivery teams in business and/or technology are aligned to deliver expected business outcomes that ladder back to sub-investments, by supporting execution of requirements for integrations and inter-dependencies.
• Create current and future process maps across various areas business or technology units, and identify improvement opportunities for optimization or automation for the following:
-Functional, cross-functional
-Systems
-Data
• Establishes collaborative partnerships with vendors, senior-management stakeholders, delivery teams, senior team members, and executive team members to deliver work
• Demonstrates adaptive vertical or horizontal approach to business, functional, technical and operational requirements management based on defined delivery approach of working teams; supports PMO and multiple delivery teams during implementation as a Voice of the Customer to maintain integrity and clarity of requirements, and manage task inter-dependencies between delivery teams who are operating in one or multiple delivery models (waterfall, agile, hybrid)

• Provides Change Management support on program training needs by creating user manuals and/or standard operating procedures
• Collects and analyzes program data/results that support key program metrics (value management)
• Provides post-implementation support during hypercare/warranty period, hindsighting, and project closure
• Provides strategic/business recommendations and guidance to leaders to inform key decisions
