Job Description
Seeking a Project Manager/Scrum Master who will be responsible for managing multiple elements of software development projects. As part of our team, you will be working with the development staff, internal teams and various levels of management. This role is an important part of our ability to deliver software solutions that help our customers understand and act on third party cyber security risk.



Core Responsibilities Include:

• Plan, organize and monitor software development projects.

• Flexibility to adjust and adapt to changing priorities or projects.

• Facilitate testing, coordination and release planning for software projects.

• Report project progress, metrics and risks through established methods.

• Support development and maintenance of project artifacts as required.

• Participate in all phases of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

• Use established processes for the management of the projects.

• Manage project resources appropriately.

• Maintain positive relationships with the project team.

• Monitor project teams to ensure that they are moving successfully toward on time delivery of the project and features.

• Provide direction and support to the project team.

• Facilitate and assist with meetings related to all aspects of the project life cycle.

• Document and create user stories, TDD scenarios, and other requirement details as necessary.

• Communicate and mitigate risks



Qualifications & Skills:

• An Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems or related disciplines.

• Computer skills including Office Suite, Video conferencing, keyboarding, Power Point, Excel, Visio.

• 7+ years of Software Development Project Management or IT Project Management experience.

• PMP or Certified Scrum Master certification.

• Familiar with business analysis and elicitation methods.

• Experience with creating technical and user story documentation.

• Previous experience with software integrations projects.

• Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.

• Exceptional time management skills.

• Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency.

• Interact and communicate effectively with stakeholders, technical staff, internal teams and management across all levels.

• Experience managing distributed teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Capable of working with minimal supervision after training.

• Knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) concepts.

• Applicants must pass a drug and background screen to qualify.

• Experience with Zoom, Skype and Microsoft Teams.

• Experience with Rally ALM



Desired skills:

• Architect Background

• Able to read SQL

• Experience with both start up and large company
