Education: Bachelor's degree (finance, accounting, business, healthcare or related field) Preferred Level of Education: Master's degree (MBA, MHA or MS in Healthcare Finance)

Description:

How many years of related experience are you looking for in your ideal candidate?: 8-10, minimum

Specific Systems Knowledge Required: Project Management tools like Planner and Microsoft Suite, familiarity with Decision Support and/or Hospital Operations

Specific Systems Knowledge Preferred: Ideal candidate has experience with Cost Accounting in a Healthcare setting. StrataJazz familiarity is best.





Top Three things Worker will be doing:

Oversight of all client activities before, during and after StrataJazz implementation

Managing client resources needed, work effort, risk identification and mitigation, change requests, overall timeline and scope, and final communication of approval of deliverables.

Scheduling necessary meetings, working sessions, validation and training efforts, and any internal approval meeting within the specified timeframes of the engagement.



Top Three Skillsets needed:

Cross-functional communication - will be working with clinical, executive, finance, and IT teams for project

Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve issues that arise throughout the project which may relate to data integration, interfaces, cost allocation tables, decision making, scheduling, etc.

Experience managing change and aligning stakeholders
