Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Workload

Support day to day activities related to a technology implementation representing the IT project team for this high visibility effort with a lot of regulatory and operational oversight

Facilitate communication and coordination between IT, business units, and other project stakeholders for a variety of activities including goals, timelines, meetings (sponsor, working, alignment, etc.), weekly status updates (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) and other team ceremonies

Provide Sr. Project Manager continuous feedback and recommendations based on project observation and needs

Assist the Sr Project Manager in compliance and IT portfolio discussions

Work with dedicated Scum Master, Sr. IT Project Manager, OCM, and Training on technology implementation activities

Deliverables include revised Integrated Product Delivery Plan (Strategic view working with Sr. Project Manager, Detailed working view provided by dedicated Scrum Master), Detailed Status Reports, and Strategic Roadmap Updates (working with Sr. Project Manager and Portfolio Planner).

Support our business partners and other project stakeholders on activities or tasks where there is joint ownership or collaboration required.



Required Skills/Attributes

Project Management with very strong communication and facilitation skills that can work cross functionally with field resources, back office support, development team, sponsors, and leadership. Proficient in Microsoft Project, Power Point, and Excel. Ability to track project action items, tasks, or other activities across multiple categories under this implementation project



Desired Skills/Attributes

Ability to breakdown complex details and dynamics into easy to read, executive level summaries or visuals. Ability to handle working with very different personalities and skillsets given this cross functional project requires business, technical, regulatory, and financial knowledge and acumen.
