Job Description
3 month contract duration to start, possibility of extension depending on business needs.



Roles & Responsibilities include for key areas of support:

Project Management:

• Lead and support outsourcing, change of supplier and Client projects included in our LTSCP (Long Term Supply Chain Plan) focused on capacity free up and productivity along NAM regional facilities (Mexico / USA / Canada as needed).

• Lead projects focused in part qualification (Internal to OG Suppliers, OG Suppliers to OG suppliers, Same Supplier), capacity growth, new tooling implementation, etc. while identifying ways to improve safety, quality, productivity and service for the following key categories, but not limited to, Stamping, Sheet Metal, Bus bar, Plastic, & Die Casting.

• Attend supplier visits and Client facilities as needed during project execution (as needed).

• This role will also interact with various internal Client groups, along with external suppliers to progress projects to closure.

• All information related to its activities needs to be uploaded in our current platforms (JIRA, i-Project, i-Save and any other defined by Client according to project needs) based on the frequency defined by the responsible of the program.

• Deliverables and Report Out Weekly A3 status updates and leadership reviews, including project status at PN level, scope and timeline. Updates directly in the following tools: JIRA, BOC stage gate meetings to update project status.



Work Schedule

• Apply the work schedule defined by the country law.

• USA = 40 weekly hours.

• Any change requested to extend the work schedule (overtime) needs to be discussed previously between the area responsible and resource to get the official approval.



Resource Location:

• It needs to be defined since the beginning of the commercial relationship and it will be in alignment with Client needs.



Ways of working:

• It needs to be defined since the beginning of the commercial relationship depending of the nature of activities. Should be hybrid (50% to 75%: on site / 50% to 25%: home) or 100% on site.



Resource Workload Review

• In the cases where the resource workload changes (increase/decrease) it will require discussion to renegotiate rates in proper time (quarterly basis).



Professional Resources Time Off

• Resource needs to inform to area responsible in charge at least 3 weeks before the time off is required to be evaluated and avoid any disruption in activities/tasks on going.



Holidays

• Those will be in alignment with the Client calendar and the Resource location.



Travel Expenses

• When needed, the Resource will present travel options to the area responsible to get the official approval in alignment with Client Travel Policy.
