Job Description
Required / Desired Skills:
• Experience with Eligibility Systems and Policy Required 7 Years
• Experienced tester with knowledge in Medicaid and SNAP/TANF benefits Required 7 Years
• Skills in writing and executing test scripts Required 7 Years
• Adhere to formal QA processes, ensuring that the Systems Implementation [SI] team is using industry- accepted best practices Required 7 Years
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field or equivalent work experience Required
• Working knowledge of test management software Required
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is required. Required
• Excellent communication skills Required

Job Responsibilities:
• Preferred candidate will have knowledge of Integrated Eligibility (Medicaid, Snap/TANF or Child Care)
• Knowledge and experience testing the eligibility Rules will be added benefit.
• Preferred candidate will have knowledge & experience with Reports and Integration testing.
• Preferred candidate will have knowledge and experience using Test Management tools.
• Preferred candidate will have knowledge & ability to script using automation tools such as Selenium & Cucumber
• Preferred candidate will have knowledge to manual scripting and test execution.
• Act as key point of contact for QA aspects of releases, providing test services and coordinating QA resources.
• Ensure that all testing work is carried out in accordance with Test plan, including schedule and quality requirements.
• Provide feedback to System Integrator on the implications of testing outcomes.
• Knowledge of SDLC and defect lifecycle
• Adhere to formal QA processes and daily goals as established by the QA lead.
• Ensure that all testing work is carried out in accordance with the Test plan, including schedule and quality requirements.
• Proactively follow up on questions and defects and follow to closure.
• Respond to all requests from stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.

Interview: On site (50 W. Town Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215)
Location: Hybrid (Tuesday and Wednesday on site)
