Job Description
Required Education:
• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, Science or engineering field.
Required Experience:
• 0-4 years of environmental compliance documentation.
Supplier Quality Engineering Responsibilities:
• Collaborates with suppliers to maintain a database of collected material information (SDS, test reports) and environmental compliance documentation.
• Assists with maintaining and updating documents and records.
• Monitor and assess new environmental regulations and provide updates to internal stakeholders.
• This is an individual contributor role that is expected to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Roles typically require a university degree, or an extensive amount of practical knowledge gained through experience.
Day to day activities would include:
• Supplier Communication/Data Collection. Contacting suppliers to request additional compliance documentation or clarify regulatory requirements.
• Updating Documentation. Collecting, reviewing, and analyzing compliance documentation to identify any non-compliance risks.
• Maintaining Databases. Updating and organizing internal databases with regulatory information and material compliance records.
• Process Improvements. Supporting internal teams with remediation activity for compliance-related activities.
