Job Description
Required Education:

• High School Diploma or GED



Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in a related science, food manufacturing, or quality/compliance role.

• Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food manufacturing processes.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and documentation management.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle changing priorities.

• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with document control systems and familiarity with quality remediation programs is preferred.



Overview (Quality Systems Documentation Specialist)

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and skilled Quality Systems Documentation Specialist to directly participate in a Quality Systems Remediation Program. This role involves creating, reviewing, and maintaining high-quality documentation related to Quality and Sanitation procedures, with a focus on compliance, accuracy, and adherence to industry standards. The successful candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, food safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and will be proficient in managing documentation processes to ensure regulatory compliance.



Responsibilities

• Proofread, create, review, edit, and update Quality and Sanitation documents, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, testing instructions, and other relevant documentation.

• Prepare and assemble essential documents such as forms, records, correspondence, and SOPs.

• Maintain numerical, alphabetical, chronological, and subject-based filing systems and ensure file maintenance and record-keeping accuracy.

• Locate and retrieve file materials upon request and manage document archiving.
