Job Description
Job Title: Training Specialist



Duration: 09/06/2024 to 12/31/2024



Shift: 9am-5pm



Location: Scarborough, ME 04074







· Delivers both standard and custom computer based training classes.



· Examines training delivery methodologies and implement/establish new techniques as appropriate.



· Modifies the training to meet objectives; designs measures to evaluate outcomes and assess training effectiveness.



· Selects training appropriate to address the identified issues.



· Evaluate the technical skills needed to meet business needs and objectives.



· Collects and analyzes data, reviews literature and seminars, recommends options based on research, prepare written and oral reports.



· Assure all training efforts within assigned area are in compliance to governmental regulatory requirements and divisional and site training requirements.



· BS or BA minimum education requirement with at least 2 years’ experience in technical training.
