Job Description
Required Education:
• Bachelor of Science Degree (ex. Chemistry)

Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to follow lab safety procedure and good lab practices
• Team player
• Well organized and detail oriented in performing lab work to ensure data quality of the analysis

Position Overview:
Assist in the Analytical lab analysis by performing chemical and physical analysis of both beverage and concentrate samples under the direction of lab manager and senior members of the team.

Job Details:
• Preparing chemical solutions
• Performing sample dilutions as needed
• Performing wet chemistry analysis such as pH, TA, density, Brix, CO2 analysis, color analysis, and volatile extraction by following approved methods
• Supporting other tasks assigned by lab manager
