Job Description
Desired Education:
• High School diploma or equivalent
Required Skills
• Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
• Demonstrated experience in using Calypso 2021 software
• 1+ year of professional experience in a Medical Device or Aerospace Manufacturing Environment
Preferred skills:
• Experience with creating fixtures and drawings in Solidworks
• Experience with statistical software (such as Minitab)
The Receiving Inspection CMM Technician Contractor will:
• Create metrology programs using Calypso 2021 software for Zeiss Contura and O-Inspect CMMs
• Create standard work instructions and report templates to ensure a high quality and robust inspection process
• Perform measurements to support the Gage R&R analysis of inspection routines
• Hands-on support of Incoming Inspection and Molding to confirm visual and dimensional Out of Specifications of components
• Promote cooperation and teamwork within the Quality Control department through open, candid communication and timely coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with limited supervision
• Ability to fluently read, write, and understand and communicate in English
