Job Description
Education:

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.



Required Experience/Skills:

• 1+ years of prior switchboard experience.

• Excellent organizational and communications skills

• MS Office Suite experience, specifically Word and Excel.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Flexibility and ability to work in a team environment.

• Good communications skills

• Moderate dexterity.

• Regular application of basic skills (calculator, keyboard, hand tools, eye/hand coordination.



Environment:

• Typically, an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise level.



Physical Requirements:

• Minimal physical effort required. Work is mostly sedentary but does require walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting, or carrying objects that typically with less than 10 lbs. (e.g., papers, books, files, small parts, etc.).



Responsibilities:

• Work assignments are diversified.

• Interpret, comprehend, and apply complex material, data, and instruction – prepare, provide, and convey diversified information.

• You will be responsible for order entry, Front Office answering phones, help with customer concerns.

• Print tickets used to process jobs.

• Additional tasks will be added as training is given.

• To be successful in this role they must pay attention to detail.



Additional Details:

• No Covid requirement.

• They need their own transportation – public transportation WILL not take you here.

• NO driving required expect to get to work.

• Free parking – exact directions will be provided.

• Dress code is business casual – slacks and comfortable shoes.

• Interviews will be held IN PERSON.
