Location: Menlo Park, CA or Sunnyvale, CA or San Francisco, CA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
This Talent Program Specialist role will be responsible for the continued development and execution of our Programs, dedicated to attracting and retaining top talent.
Responsibilities (Programs Planning & Execution):
• Manage questions and escalations from Program participants both pre-start and during the program to support their needs
• Help manage overall communication to participants and client partners and set up/ monitoring pre-start workplace groups to push out core messaging and resources
• Regular monitoring of pre-hire audits and escalation where action is needed
• Support the part time extension process via Recruiting, HR and Programs, addressing question/ escalations from client partners
• Work closely with the Programs team and various cross functional partners, helping to facilitate start date confirmation to ensure that participants have the appropriate right to work
• Work directly with Supply Chain globally to ensure deployment of tech in advance of start dates and escalating where necessary
• Liaise with the Space Planning teams to ensure that desk allocation and badging has been triggered as part of the on-boarding process
• Help to plan and execute on participant events, including but not limited to researching and booking venues, managing catering requirements, working towards a budget, creating briefings, managing the registration and all the logistics associated with the event
• Support the planning and execution of onboarding events, including virtual regional sessions
• Management of the Mentorship Program including communication, engagement and facilitation
• Staff EIC Program events
• Establish partnerships with our Client Partners (Recruiting, Intern Managers, Intern Directors) where relevant; helping to troubleshoot questions and follow the relevant escalation path where needed
• Providing clear communication of progress, roadblocks and updates to the broader Programs team to ensure goals are met and best practices shared
Minimum Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3+ years of coordinator, recruiting and/or program management experience
• Excellent organizational skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Effective oral and written communication skills with ability to communicate across all levels of the org as well as externally
• Experience working in a team environment & across cross functional teams
• Ability to prioritize and multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high volume environment
• Strong problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to handle ambiguous situations and deliver on desired goals
• Experience organizing events
Preferred Qualifications:
• University Recruiting/Intern Program or Diversity Recruiting Program experience highly desired
• Experience with Microsoft office and Google Suite
• Nice to have but not essential: Beginner level CSS/HTML (Web development) experience to support with our question/ escalations process via our internal butterfly form
