Job Description
***Only qualified Regional Service Liaison candidates located near the Los Angeles Metro due to the position requiring an onsite presence***



Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations, or a related field

• 3+ years of Medicaid experience (preferred Medi-Cal)

• 3+ years of experience in Foster Youth/Child Welfare populations

• Understand at a member level how to coordinate care

• Strong emotional intelligence to communicate with a variety of different stakeholders



Preferred

• 2+ years data analytics experience

• 2+ years working with advanced Excel functions (formulas, pivot tables, vlookup, macros, etc.)



As the CDO's Liaison for California Child Welfare, you will be responsible for assisting service providers in addressing claims, payment inquiries, care transitions among the Child Welfare community to ensure members receive appropriate care.



Responsibilities:

• Serve as a single point of contact for service providers in both a Provider representative role and to support care transitions, as needed

• Work with the frontline teams at County agencies

• Managing moderately complex projects by coordinating stakeholders, recommending or assigning team resources based on needs and strengths, and maintaining timelines and budget throughout

• Project planning, road mapping, and strategy

• Monitoring project and business risks

• Facilitate quarterly meetings

• Performing data analyses to support business initiatives utilizing appropriate tools and approach to improve business performance

• Upon training, ability to understand and identify Medi-Cal long term institutional care - payment and coverage rules, resident rights under State and federal law, provider resolutions



***2 Positions, One in Los Angeles Metro Area and one on San Francisco Bay Area***
