**Only qualified Regulatory Reporting Analyst candidates located near the Long Island City NY or Charlotte, NC or Tampa, FL areas to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence**



Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of extensive experience within the financial services industry and regulatory reporting

• In-depth knowledge of U.S. regulatory reports along with exposure to Basel III capital regulations, GAAP/SEC Reporting, and stress testing frameworks like CCAR

• Able to navigate through a large organization to streamline and summarize multiple information points and create repeatable processes to build consistency in presenting information

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex concepts and influence change

• Strong technical problem-solving skills and an ability to identify conflicts, discrepancies, and other issues and bring together the right team to solve them

• Strategic mindset, ability to plan to future possibilities and translate them into breakthrough strategies

• Ability to manage competing priorities and tasks in a complex and dynamic and work well as part of a team



This senior lead Analyst role on the regulatory reporting team is responsible for supporting the accurate and timely preparation and submission of regulatory reports to various constituencies based on applicable requirements, such as U.S. Regulatory rules and instructions. This role also supports and manages the Recovery and Resolution planning (RRP) deliverables.



Job Duties :

• Ensure Regulatory Capital and MCS Target Ratios data accuracy are consistent with the legal entity’s financials, actuals and estimates for RRP purposes, including weekly/intra-month capital

• Assist in ensuring the accuracy of the daily jump off Regulatory Capital and MCS Target Ratios actuals for RRP, or results from scaling or estimate methodology in the absence of daily Regulatory Capital and MCS Target Ratios

• Be the point of contact for the RRP team, and communicate anomalies to forecast model owners

• Perform variances analysis and apply solid knowledge to ensure Regulatory Capital provided to RRP is aligned with Basel III rules

• Perform Regulatory Capital upload, and top-side adjustments to forecasted Regulatory Capital, if required

• Participate in regulatory reporting requirements review session, to determine the impact on the Regulatory Report filings and resolution planning
