Responsibilities
The Strategy team for Digital Experiences and Merchandizing group in Online Retail is looking for a Retail Innovation Strategist to support work on future-state digital experiences and content
• Conduct Third-Party Research:
o Conduct comprehensive market and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices across both retail, customer experience, emerging tech trends, and content
• Synthesize Insights:
o Analyze research findings to generate sharp, actionable insights
o Collaborate with cross-functional team to integrate insights into broader business strategy
• Design and Deliver Presentations:
o Create compelling presentations to communicate strategies, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels including executives
o Use storytelling techniques to effectively convey complex information in a simple, high-impact manner.
• Develop Content Strategy:
o Craft comprehensive content strategies tailored to Client’s digital platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand objectives.
o Plan and create content calendars to support marketing campaigns and enhance customer engagement.
• Write Briefs:
o Develop clear and concise briefs for the Marketing & Communications (Marcom) team to guide content creation.
o Ensure briefs align with overall content and innovation strategies, providing necessary context and objectives.
• Stay Current with Online Trends and Gen Z Insights:
o Continuously monitor and analyze online trends, social media movements, and digital behaviors to inform strategy.
o Understand and anticipate the preferences and behaviors of Gen Z and other key demographics to tailor content and experiences effectively.

• Research and Analysis: Expertise in synthesizing complex data into meaningful insights.
• Presentation Design: Skilled in creating visually appealing and impactful Keynote presentations
• 5+ Years Experience in Retail or Technology Sector: Background in retail strategy, digital customer experience, Innovation, or content strategy
