Job Description
You will work with a Fintech acquisition for the bank as the acquired company is integrated into our Bank. The Team consists of Information Security Risk Management. 110 team members, spread across hub locations, and some remote employees with all of whom you will interact.



Details:

Ensures assigned locations, business units, or proposed products and processes comply with various laws and regulations. Develops and enforces compliance policies and procedures. Acts as the primary compliance consultant/resource for assigned locations, business units, or products concerning questions, consulting, and training. Participates in, and ensures compliance in the design and development of policies, procedures, processes, and training programs. Analyzes new and pending laws and regulations that directly affect company practices and works with affected areas to ensure appropriate compliance. May be involved in a variety of compliance projects and initiatives regarding information disclosure, legal proceedings, etc. Performs periodic reviews to assess the level of regulatory compliance.



Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience

• Three or more years of experience in regulatory compliance activities

• Proficient in creating presentations, - Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to research and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

• Strong presentation skills



Responsibilities:

• Ability to work collaboratively with the business line and Risk/Compliance/Audit professionals across the organization

• Knowledge of Risk/Audit/Compliance competencies

• Strong process facilitation, project management, and organizational skills

• Strong analytical skills and effective oral and written communication skills

• Business acumen and credibility to help business line(s) proactively identify and address change

• PC literacy in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations

• Understanding of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends is preferred, but not required.
