Job Description
The client is looking for Sales Infrastructure (SI) Analyst who can assist with ensuring operational excellence for the internal and external Sales Teams on critical tools and processes. This role will be responsible for executing a series of operational related tasks primarily to ensure all tools, systems, processes, and data are available for field sales representatives (associates and broker partners).



This role will assist the current Sales Infrastructure support team with various tasks:

• Systems maintenance

• Trouble shooting support tickets and managing field sales requests

• This role will also support the SI build/development team

• Participate on small project teams and hoc assignments as needed.

• Ensure operational excellence for Sales owned tools and processes.

• Ensure all solutions are fully tested before moving on to live productions.



Minimum Qualifications:

• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PPT)

• The knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a Bachelor''s degree, or equivalent work experience.

• Demonstrates strong analytical, business acumen and technical ability.

• Strong Communications skills (oral, written, and listening)

• Working directly with end users to help understand system ways of working.



Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years Sales and Support experience or relevant Internship

• Power BI skills

• Ability to translate and prioritize business needs to cross functional partners
