Job Description

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

- Experience: Service industry, door-to-door sales representatives aiming for a larger company.

- Attributes: Initiative-takers with examples of overcoming obstacles, thinking outside the box, handling difficult situations, and seeking growth in a company with great benefits.

- Must have a valid Driver’s License & Auto Insurance: Ensure up-to-date documentation.

- Must have a reliable Vehicle: Necessary for market transportation needs.



Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is very helpful!



As a Sales Specialist in Business Connectivity Sales, you'll play a crucial role in accelerating customer growth by acquiring new business clients and cross-selling to eligible customers with Fiber and 5G connections. You'll leverage your exceptional communication skills and resilience to prospect via cold calls and door knocking, meet clients in person, and craft tailored solutions that address their unique needs. An entry to mid-level sales representative with basic to intermediate knowledge of sales principles, practices, products, and services. Capability to manage small to mid-size opportunities with on-going coaching, development and supervision. Responsible for monthly quota. Utilization of company policies and processes to identify opportunities and resolve customer issues.



Responsibilities related to making sales include:

-Meeting with customers and engaging in sales activities onsite

-Communicating with customers via phone (min 50 calls during blitz days), teleconference and e-mail

-Traveling to/from the customer premise for sales activities

-Providing subject matter expertise on products/solutions and infrastructure compatibility

-Preparing proposals/presentations/quotes that include competitive pricing/strategic plans and optimal solutions

-Research and development of solutions with Client external partners to include design/engineering and knowledge of the customer’s business/industry
