Job Description
Responsibilities:



• Analyze complex business problems

• Techno-functional and provide techno functional solutions

• Strong and Seasoned collaboration skills to work with internal and external technical resources, business partners, product managers, architect, developers, quality testers, and application support teams, project/program managers + other stakeholders

• Translates business needs into actionable requirements by capturing enough information to define a solution and drive clarity

• Both functional and solution analysis and light design for the Salesforce platform and related technical areas

• Plans and manages small to large size projects, in coordination with technical and business teams, and can work more than 1 project at a time

• Partner with internal customers to craft requirements and ensure alignment with business/technology strategy and planned initiatives

• Agile/PI Planning

• Can do demos/presentation to all stakeholders and upper-level management

• Ability to ‘think outside the box’

• Ability to break down scope, features, capabilities into smaller chunks

• Drive the planning, prioritization, design, development and deployment of new projects & system improvements.

• Responsible for understanding business requirements, creating/grooming user stories, to deliver a solution and a plan.

• Participate in the go-to-market and launch processes (Concept-to-Delivery) – Requirement Gathering/Design & Build/Execution/Testing -SIT,UAT/Production Readiness/Go-Live

• Leverage business knowledge and technical expertise to find opportunities for process improvements; serve as a trusted techno-functional advisor for business users
