Job Description
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

Required

• 5+ years of Salesforce administrative experience.

• Experience with project management and process analysis and improvement.

• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Strong analytical ability with orientation for detail and accuracy.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Understanding of Salesforce best practices and automation implementation.

• Some experience working with integrations.



Preferred

• Salesforce Certified Administrator credential.

• Advanced experience in lightning components.

• Advanced experience designing user experience in Salesforce.

• Demonstrated experience with Salesforce Dataloader or any data management tools.

• Comfortable learning new toolsets and platforms.

• Experience providing end user training and support.

• Experience with software testing and deployment.

• Experience with Client applications and orgs.





The Salesforce administrator will perform hands on administration, process automation, and other administrative functions. They will help in gathering functional/technical requirements, analyze business requirements, designing, implementing, deploying, and documenting Salesforce projects. The incumbent should be comfortable working independently, as well as being a leader and consultant in project teams.



Tasks:

• Maintain Salesforce organizations including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and process automation, and other administrative functions.

• Manage Salesforce data feeds and integrations.

• Act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development teams.

• Collaborate with other Salesforce administrators.

• Work with State agencies to advance business requirements that are feasible within the time, budget, and resource constraints available.

• Provide advice and recommendations to project teams as well as to management.
