Job Description
Position background:

• To schedule patients for preventative health care screenings on behalf of their PCP and UHG for Austin and San Antonio Markets.



Responsibilities:

• Be able to work with a call schedule to accomplish getting if full of patients to be seen.

• Once trained a minimum of 70-80 call per day.

• Must have computer knowledge for management tracking purposes.

• Medical knowledge is very encouraged along with EMR experience.



What does the ideal candidate background look like:

• Health Care Scheduling experience, medical knowledge, web-based phone outreach and Senior patient care focus.
