Job Description: Support the National CRA (Common Reporting and Analysis) program by: hierarchy management, problem solving with SQL and Cognos, training end users, and supporting a National function team.

• What is a typical day to day: Processing toolkits, interacting with end users (administrators), delivering high quality reports, team interaction/collaboration, and problem solving for data issues.
