Bachelor's/Master's degree in Risk Management

CIPM, CIPP certifications would be beneficial



Must-Have Skills

Proven experience as an HR Risk Manager with expertise in:

Privacy and Risk Management

Employment compliance space

Strong background in data analytics, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills preferred)

Familiarity with SQL is highly desirable, with the ability to assist with programmatic tasks and data analysis

Demonstrated experience in handling complex privacy issues and providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions



Nice-to-Have Skills

Familiarity with client's systems, processes, and culture

Experience working with engineering teams, including collaboration and communication skills

Exposure to AI technologies, including:

AI development and implementation

AI-related problem-solving and analysis



Overview:

The People Data Review Program Manager will join the People Risk, Privacy, Compliance (PRPC) team to work across our key partners to lead risk initiatives to scale our global program. Specifically, the People Data Review Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end assessment of employment and privacy risk in new and novel use cases impacting People Data. The ideal person will have proven risk management skills, be a systems thinker, and have experience leading highly complex and highly matrixed company initiatives.



Requirements:

Collaborate with key Legal, Privacy and HR business programs and product owners define program requirements, set priorities, and establish scope which includes defining the roadmap and long-term strategy of the teams and respective leadership.

Manage cross functional dependencies, risks, and changes effectively by optimizing scope, schedule, and resources accordingly.

Develop and own communication plans to communicate program status, issues, and risks effectively and proactively to stakeholders.

Drive internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions including reducing the manual efforts through automation.

Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and ensure HR Compliance is not compromised.

Exercise excellent people skills, be a team player with a bias to action.

Be motivated by the opportunity to solve complex HR risk problems within an operations environment.

Define and track key metrics and key quality and performance indicators and drive cross functional execution of program deliverables.



Minimum Qualifications

Risk management or Compliance expertise; preferably 2nd line of defense risk management or internal audit experience within a Tech company Experience designing and implementing from zero to one risk assessment programs that impact security, privacy and employment compliance.

Product experience with the instrumenting process within internal proprietary tools.

Have working knowledge or willingness to quickly learn the content and requirements of various employment laws, regulations, industry guidance, and company compliance policies.

Demonstrate data analytical skills, creativity, and experience working with attention to detail Experience maintaining open, candid, and trusting work relationships with both engineering teams and legal partners.
