What you’ll do:

• Become an expert on Client writing guidelines, documentation best practices, and our knowledge management systems (KMS).

• Ensure documentation is organized, consistent, succinct, and follows best practices.

• Research and learn Client products and support processes.

• Work directly on, or partner closely with internal teams to:

o Audit existing content and assess overall documentation needs.

o Create documentation project plans and timelines.

o Copyedit and/or write documentation.

o Consolidate and organize documentation within the KMS.

• Build inclusive, collaborative relationships with all stakeholders, positioning yourself as a knowledgeable and trusted advisor.

Underlying Business Need:

• Technical writer and someone who can manage the tool knowledge management system (Guru and Zendesk Guide).

Candidate Requirements:

• Project management skills: Stakeholder management, time management, and prioritization. You’re comfortable working on several projects at once and proactively adjust to meet deadlines in a changing environment.

• Excellent editing and English grammar skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Extensive experience with the research, writing, and management of technical content for internal teams across a variety of topics (API/developer, policy, product, tools, and processes). You can learn complex concepts quickly and distill them into clear and accurate articles.

• Comfortable with technology and learning new tools. You’re able to test out tools and workflows, as needed.

• Experience working with or creating content for technical support teams.

• Familiarity with managing a KMS as an admin.

• Ability to guide others and collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels in an organization.

• A global and customer-focused mindset: Ability to keep the learner experience front-and-centre and considerate of all cultures/regions.

• You’re able to share examples of your technical writing.

Nice to have:

• Experience creating content about ad tech/adserving.

• Graphic design or instructional design experience.
