Job Description
***This is remote but candidate should be located around Lubbock TX. Candidate will be supporting and travelling to Lubbock TX site.***



Qualification: Successful candidate should have 3-5 years of experience with installation/commissioning, 2 years in lab work, instrumental troubleshooting, and diagnostics.



Must-Have Skills:

o Completes broad scope of technical tasks including installation/commissioning, maintenance and evaluation of customers equipment and systems among others (after PM100)

o Over 2 years in lab work, instrumental troubleshooting, and diagnostics.

o Proficiency in computers, Excel, and MS Office Outlook.

o Mechanical aptitude.

o High integrity and reliability.

o Basic electronic diagnostics and use of volt meters.

o Good communication skills.



Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with Dimension EXL, hospital lab environment, and handling electrical mechanical instruments and blood samples.

Description:

• Determines priorities of tasks and actions and schedules measures accordingly

• Supports customer remotely and onsite, and provides 2nd and 3rd level user support in case of arising issues.

• Contributes to or conducts the maintenance and improvement of internal tools, equipment, processes, and data repositories

• Contributes to or executes activities for estimation, planning, and review of technical tasks in support of overall project acquisition, negotiation, planning and management (partly before PM100)

• Adheres to relevant processes and regulations

• May manage sub-contractors and monitors delivery

• May be involved in technical design and developments for service offerings

• Impacts: Needs to consider processes and results, generated in other workflows and disciplines, implies conditions and environments, and values significance to contribute effectively to team results

• Needs experienced level of analytical and distinctive conceptual skills to solve issues given, which may differ in size and nature
