Job Description
*****Managing Mgmt Consultant ServiceNow OCM Specialist******

Required Education:
• Bachelor's degree

Required Qualifications:
• 5 years of OCM experience
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in business process consulting or analysis, with a focus on IT service management systems, preferably including experience with ServiceNow.
• Strong stakeholder / client management skills, including the ability to influence and build consensus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications:
• Relevant PROSCI certifications in OCM.
• ITIL v3 certification

Job Responsibilities:
• The successful candidate(s) will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties: - Own end-to-end deliverables such as change impact assessment and communications plan, including managing
timeline, liaising with training teams, taking part in design sessions, and interviewing key stakeholders, conducting user engagement surveys. - Proactively identify and mitigate risks to successful change, working
collaboratively with technical teams and the project management team (PMO) to discern potential impacts stemming from change requests and/or configuration workarounds- Work within the team to conceive and
develop consistent communications and change strategies / plans that are aligned with project workstreams, Talent strategies, and leading practices
• Support the implementation of change and communications strategies
• Ability to think both strategically and tactically, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements for ServiceNow implementation, particularly in IT Service Management, IT Operations Management,
and HR Workflows.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders and users on new processes and ServiceNow functionalities.
• Monitor and analyze post-implementation performance to identify areas for continuous improvement and optimization.
• Act as a liaison between the technical team and business units, ensuring clear communication and understanding of process changes.
