Job Description


• This person will have 3 team members report to them.

• The team is somewhat new, so it is important that this person can take the lead.

• This person will be overseeing the general email inbox and assigning tasks to the employees; they will be conducting most of the in-person meetings with the attorneys, so this is a front facing position.

• The client is in the office about 4 days a week and likes to have an open line of communication with this position regarding anything that goes wrong or needs to be addressed.

• The manager is looking for someone who has a strong production background, knows how to copy/print/scan, and has office environment experience. Law firm experience is also a plus.

• This person should be able to lift up to 50 pounds: sometimes marketing materials/office supplies get delivered and need to be moved via a cart.

• There is no free parking, public transportation is the best way to get there.



Required:

• High school or GED is required.
