Job Description
Preferred Education Requirements:

- Bachelor's (BS) in Computer Science or related field



Software Development Specialist Responsibilities:

• Provide regular project updates, clarifying requirements, and ensuring alignment with business needs.

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including data engineering, ETL development, testing, and business stakeholders.

• Drive end-to-end project execution, ensuring high-quality data solutions and smooth delivery.

• Manage intake requests, work with product owners/business teams to define and refine requirements, and translate them into actionable testing tasks.

• Oversee and enhance data validation and testing processes to ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency.

• Identify risks related to delivery timelines, escalate issues as needed, and drive mitigation strategies.

• Ensure adherence to testing frameworks, automation strategies, and industry best practices for data validation and ETL testing.

• Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot ETL workflows, optimize data pipelines, and validate data transformations.

• Monitor and track key milestones, proactively addressing project roadblocks and dependencies.

• Implement process improvements and automation solutions to enhance test coverage, efficiency, and accuracy.
