Job Description
***Only qualified Software Engineer candidates located near Pittsburg, PA or Strongsville, OH area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***
Must Have Technical Skills (5 years):
· Python
· Hands on software development and design
· Experience in version control using Git
Flex Skills:
· Pyspark
· Pandas
· AirFloxw
· Unix/FTP/File Handling
Soft Skills:
· Communication
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Ability to leverage understanding of business requirements to build optimal solutions.
· Designing, developing and maintaining data processing pipeline in pandas.
· Data analytics of semi-structured and/or unstructured data to address business problems within the Credit Risk financial domain.
· Develop easy to use documentation for the frameworks and tools developed for adaption by other teams
· Provide full operational support – analyze code to identify root causes of production issues and provide solutions or workarounds and lead it to resolution.
· Participate in full development life cycle including requirements analysis, design, development, deployment and operations support.
· Perform root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.
· Dedicated and committed approach with good communication skills and participation in agile ceremonies. - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
