REQUIRED:

-Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field with 2 - 3 years of experience

-Strong programming skills in python and SQL

-Familiarity with linux job system

-Strong comm and collaboration skills

-Flexibility to support non-traditional schedules as needed, including occasional evenings and weekends

Flexibility on supporting non-trad tasks

Proactively identify gp cp optimization



Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Software Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing well specified tasks in Python, data analysis and reporting related to these tasks and other related activities.



Responsibilities:

Implement simple functionality in Python as needed and corresponding data analysis and reporting.

Perform light troubleshooting to resolve issues with job runs

Collaborate with other members of the engineering team to identify and implement improvements to our systems and processes Manually and semi-automatically annotate multi-modal data to validate ML solutions and data processing

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code

Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices

Stay up-to-date with new technologies and programming languages

Support flexible scheduling as needed, including occasional evenings and weekends



Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Strong programming skills in Python

Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git)

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexibility to support non-traditional schedules as needed, including occasional evenings and weekends
