Job Description
· Runs high volume copy machines and performs binding and finishing work.

· Handle highly sensitive and confidential documents that may be time sensitive.

· Provide upmost in quality work due to the sensitive nature of documents and projects that are required in a legal environment.

· Perform basic scanning responsibilities.

· Ensures convenience copiers are working properly, checking for quality via daily inspections. Clears paper jams and inform technicians of specific problems.

· Distributes office supplies, fax transmissions and mail to company personnel and/or designated drop-off points as required.

· Answers customer questions regarding status or feasibility of job requests.

· Ensures upkeep of convenience copier areas by keeping neat and well stocked.

· Performs duties related to the shipping and/or receiving of materials

· Uses all copier equipment, calculator, fax machine, postage meter and some PC

· Performs furniture/conference room set up

· Maintains daily meter and service logs.

· Operate MS Office and Email systems

· Set up tables, chairs and audiovisual equipment in conference rooms as defined per calendared meetings. Utilize procedures and guidelines as directed by Site Manager.

· Confirm the completion of any meeting set-up changes throughout the day with Coordinator.



Typically Required: -

· High school diploma required. - Associate Degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

· Three (3) years of related business experience preferred, strong preference for Admin and switchboard experience particularly in a law firm/legal environment. - - MS Office Suite experience, specifically Word and Excel.

· Excellent customer service skills and detail oriented. –

· Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. –

· Demonstrated organizational and communications skills. –

· Professional competency. - Ability to work with Technical equipment.
