Network Planner / Supply Planner

1. Fluent English

2. Minimum 3yrs Supply Chain Experience in similar scale supply chain role.

3. Proficient technical skills, experience with Rapid Response or other relevant planning systems would be beneficial

4. Proven stakeholder management skills (including influencing, communication negotiating and conflict management) and experience in a geographically diverse, matrix organization

5. Is a bachelor’s degree Required? No

Job Description

• Coordinate the production and procurement of finished goods hardware and TPP for the US supply chain. Balancing plant efficiency, sales, distribution, customer service and inventory requirements.

• Define & approve planning parameters that drive OTIF and Inventory performance

• Formulate & Communicate short to mid-term tactical plans that balance supply & demand

• Support the OPLAN with key stakeholders e.g. Plant management – reporting Sales, Production and Inventory.

• Monitor supply chain performance, identify & drive improvement opportunities

• Accountable for achieving Inventory targets

• Proactively manage supply chain risks e.g. low cover and escalate issues where appropriate

• Apply scenario planning & collaboration Rapid Response functionality and tools

• Collaborate with Plant schedulers, Demand planners, W&D, Cluster fulfilment, Commercial & Manufacturing to resolve supply risks & issues.

• Provide input to financial planning and forecasting processes.

• Reconcile and maintain code level inventory to meet business needs.

• Maintain product code data and statistics in various systems (JDE)
