• Duties: The Acquisition Team, within the Supply team is a unique, multidisciplinary team that focuses on developing new Experiences supply for Client. We ideate, prototype, and deliver new hosted Experiences that grow Client business, develop and steward the creative vision for Host acquisition and curation initiatives, and collaborate with current and new types of Hosts to create exceptional hosted experiences that foster human connection in our shared physical world.



The Difference You Will Make:

• In this role, you will be responsible for oversight and management of the sourcing that our team will use to source, pre-vet, and acquire supply for Experiences. These systems might include CRM systems such as Salesforce, reporting and dashboard tools (eg. Tableau) and vendor-driven or internally built tools. This role will be responsible for guiding and directing the use of these tools for sourcing and acquisition and optimizing them with vendor(s) partners to create customized search and quality evaluation tools, working in partnership with the Supply Acquisition Manager for Curated Sourcing & Acquisition. This role will also deliver weekly dashboards and insights that report out against global supply goals weekly.



• This creative, organized and passionate individual will support teams and projects to bring new supply to the platform.



Skills:

• Project Management: Manage the development, planning, production and execution of supply acquisition projects, including the development and tracking of timelines, schedules, milestones estimates, budgets and action items across multiple inputs. Execute on the end-to-end sourcing and acquisition of experience supply to ensure successful delivery aligned with the intended vision, scope, timeline and resources for each project.

• Industry Awareness: Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in data sourcing tools for experiences via entertainment and travel industries and contribute innovative ideas to enhance project outcomes.

• Create Tooling to Source Supply - with direction and close collaboration with partners, source supply and potentially conduct early outreach with experience hosts.

• Subject Matter Expert: in the systems you have responsibility for, holding office hours, mentoring others on the uses of it, and writing documentation on best practices

• Review Leads - Ensure vendor-sourced leads meet Supply definition and quality guidelines.

• Pipeline & Process Optimization: Oversee and guide the sourcing and acquisition tools and data-processes to develop and maintain a robust and effective sourcing and acquisition pipeline.

• Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across team members and stakeholders - including senior leadership - providing regular project updates and proactively flagging any issues or blockers. Deliver change management process across communication, training and support for our partner teams (including eg. troubleshooting assistance) Lead Meetings - Lead and manage supply acquisition projects, moving forward agendas, meeting notes, and team milestones.

• Project Documentation: Create and maintain accurate project documentation, including project briefs, schedules, budgets, estimates, resource plans, and status updates.

• Provide weekly Project Update - Develop and internally circulate weekly project updates tracking project goals and progress.

• Cross-functional collaboration: Inspire and drive collaboration across a diverse array of stakeholders and senior leadership, align goals, exchange ideas, and ensure successful project delivery. Work with Engineering and Analytics to automate repetitive operational tasks such as candidate pipelines and data processing.

• Vendor Management: Work in partnership to coordinate and manage sourcing, acquisition and production professionals to support in the acquisition of experiences as needed.

• Support Training needs of vendors - Support training questions and needs of vendors to integrate into Client data tracking systems

• Flexibility: Skillfully navigate multiple competing priorities, managing expectations, foreseeing obstacles, acting proactively and influencing resourcing decisions Attend Experiences - The best way to improve our supply is to experience it yourself. Please plan to attend a minimum of 3 experiences per month.

• Experience: 10+ years experience in a technology or consulting environment sourcing supply, including experience in editorial, advertising, experiential or travel industries.

• Expert communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across functions and geographics and with partners at different levels of seniority Ability to conduct rigorous analysis and communicate conclusions to both technical and non-technical audiences Experience managing and executing large cross-functional projects in the technology / supply acquisition space; knowledge of Salesforce and similar CRM tools an asset Comfort with manipulating large datasets in excel is a must. SQL proficiency is a plus.

• Hands-on experience sourcing high-quality supply using various tools and data analysis methods Confidence, resilience, creativity and self-sufficiency in solving problems yourself Ability to drive data strategies, with a central source of truth to impact business decisions Deep knowledge of industry (travel, entertainment and hospitality) supply relative to tours, activities, experiences Ability to create tools that have the ability to move subjective direction into clear objective filters and processes Experience with management of outside vendors to source and acquire experiential products.

• Excellent project management with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage and prioritize the coordinator and production of multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously end-to-end including the ability to coordinate, create and drive Schedules, Budgets, scope documents, deliverables and production support needs for projects.

• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships of trust and collaboration across internal and external teams, including a broad spectrum of creative, technical and business discipline.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with an ability to convey complex concepts in compelling terms to audiences at all levels, and articulate creative solutions to complex challenges Ability to direct and ensure consistently high-quality technical deliverables of a sourcing and production team, including project budgets, resource plans, goal tracking, dashboard creation and tracking, and CRM database management.
