Overview:
As the Project Manager for the Content Tools Program, your mission is to drive Client Content Organization’s productivity capabilities forward, unlocking efficiency by ensuring internal tools and in-system business workflows are evolving in lock-step with the organization’s growth and strategy. You will be joining a diverse team of program and project managers that support a growing and multi-disciplinary organization focused on bringing high quality experiences to the Client product lines. This is a tailor-made role for a project manager with extensive knowledge in the Salesforce platform and other productivity tools. You are a team player that thrives in a fast paced environment. You have experience working with internal and external partners to achieve business outcomes through influence. You bring robust project management, design and technical expertise to remove ambiguity and deliver tooling solutions that propel work forward faster through intuitive UX and integrated backend systems. This role operates cross-functionally, and you will partner closely with the Content Tools Program Manager, as well as Applications Managers, Business Analysts, Software Engineers, Sourcing leads, Developer Relations, Producers, Engineers, Operations, UX Research, Legal, Product, Data Science teams and more.
Qualifications:
• 2 + years of program/project management scaling business workflows and operations via enterprise software solutions
• Project management knowledge with experience executing autonomously, successfully leading multiple initiatives of varying timelines simultaneously, from ideation to post-launch phases, with minimal oversight or direction
• Knowledge in Salesforce.com and platform solutions, experience in defining system architecture, data models, UX design and system integrations based on business use cases
• Vendor management experience: sourcing vendors, defining scope, planning and executing projects based on Statement of Work terms defined
• Proficiency in multiple productivity tools such as, but not limited to, JIRA, Zendesk, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Visio/LucidChart
• Experience integrating Salesforce with proprietary back-end systems or third-party applications
• Experience navigating complex cross-functional work streams, leveraging interpersonal and communication skills to achieve business outcomes through influence
• Demonstrated roadmap and prioritization practices that enable frequent and consistent improvements to systems in use by a diverse group of user profiles
• Experience defining program KPIs that promote data-driven decision making and collaboration
