Job Description
Required Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.



Required Skills/Experience:

• Experience in analyzing, documenting, and implementing software solutions in a technical environment (5 Years).

• Knowledge of SQL or similar query languages is preferred. (3 Years).

• Solid understanding of databases, APIs, and integration concepts (5 Years).

• Experience with cloud technologies, SaaS solutions, and data analysis. (3 Year).

• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail. (5 Years).

• Effective communication, organizational and time-management skills.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on producing high-quality deliverables.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.



Preferred Skills:

• Specific experience in case management with Child Welfare domains.

• Hosted web application testing and implementation experience within the Human Services sector (i.e. Social Services, Crisis/Emergency Services).



Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Client resources to storyboard user scenarios for case management applications.

• Define business outcomes for case management use cases.

• Develop high quality technical documentation identifying key workflows, use cases, user stories and functional specifications.

• Publish step by step process instructions to achieve business objectives.

• Define data requirements associated with clinical use cases.

• Review and edit technical content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency, ensuring it aligns with system functionalities and user needs.

• Organize and structure documentation in a way that is easy to understand and navigate.

• Produce clear, user-friendly content that is accessible to a diverse audience, including end users, system administrators, and developers.

• Provide feedback on the CMS from a user perspective to help improve the usability of the system.



Position Description:

Client is seeking Business Analysts / Technical Writers to work closely with cross-functional teams including Delivery Leads, SME’s, Data Management, IT and end-users to ensure that our case management system aligns with business requirements and is supported by clear, accurate documentation.



Start Date: ASAP

Work Location: Jackson, MS

END DATE: At least 360 Hours from projected start date, (Each contractor will work a total of 360 hours starting in January, this is a short term project).

Interview: Remote only
