Job Description
***The role is remote, but the candidate should be working EST hours. Extension possible after 6 months***



Required Education:

• Bachelor`s Degree or equivalent work experience.



Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

• ARAVO and 3+ years of experience in Third Party Risk Management.

• Ability to independently manage and prioritize workload

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Knowledge of principles and best practices (industry certifications preferred) in these risk areas: Information Security, Privacy, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery.

• Good judgment and analytical skills.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.



Preferred skills/qualifications:

• Knowledge of the insurance industry preferred.

• Third Party Risk Management experience preferred.

• Risk Assessment skills preferred.



Job duties:

• The Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Coordinator will support third party risk activities and the TPRM program goals.

• This includes assisting businesses and coordinating with Subject Matter Specialist (SMS) risk teams to facilitate risk identification, assessment, and documentation for third-party products/services during the onboarding process.

• The role also involves overseeing ongoing monitoring activities, refreshing risk assessments, re-completing due diligence activities, and ensuring compliance with TPRM policies and procedures.

• Additionally, the coordinator will support the enterprise TPRM policy, procedures, technology, reporting, tools, and templates, and provide stakeholder guidance throughout the lifecycle, facilitating escalations regarding identified third-party risks or events.

• Ensure third parties are classified based on inherent and residual risk for the products/services provided.

• Facilitate due diligence risk activities with SMS teams and ensure timely coordination.

• Support issue escalation processes to involve appropriate stakeholders and executives based on defined risk thresholds.

• Aggregate KPIs, KRIs, and other risk metrics through reporting and dashboards for stakeholders and leadership.

• Develop and maintain training materials for businesses and TPRM stakeholders.

• Perform quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) on TPRM activities throughout the lifecycle.

• Report metrics of workflow activities and TPRM SLA/metrics.

• Administer TPRM processes and tools.
