Job Description
Required Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.



Required experience:

• Effective verbal and written communicator.

• Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.

• Inventory Management - Handle up to 40 lb boxes of manuals.



Preferred experience/Qualifications/Skills

• Service and detail-oriented.

• Good phone presence.

• Proactive attitude and self-motivated.

• Any level of Articulate 360 experience would be a plus.

• SAP experience would be nice.

• Adobe Suite would be nice as well.

• MS Forms.



Job Duties:

• Actively managing user accounts, both internal and external, for the Power Equipment and Marine training sites.

• Reviewing and editing training course content and materials.

• Creating standard operating procedures (SOP''s) for said processes. Creating and managing established reports contained within the training portal.

• Assist in the management and development of Honda PE and Marine training sites, activities, and materials

• Reviewing and editing training course content and materials.

• Creating standard operating procedures (SOP''s) for said processes.

• Creating and managing established reports contained within the training portal.

• Actively manage Learning Management System user accounts, both internal and external, for the Power Equipment and Marine divisions.

• Study Marine student pre-requisite and course completion statuses to identify and relay opportunities for training to students and/or appropriate training student managers.

• Review and edit training course content and miscellaneous service publications for accuracy and syntax. Create and manage established monthly and weekly reports contained within Learning Management System.

• Support Marine Division business operations as needed.



Job Overview:

Coordinate and Maintain PE and Marine Learning Management System (LMS) activities, Support Instructor Led Training Courses, Supplement Marine Division business operations.
