Job Description
Required Experience & Skills:
• Use a video editor software such as Articulate 360 or some other software that can be uploaded into the client’s LMS system to create training materials.
• Incorporate the prepared questions into the pre-recorded trainings using the software to ensure participant understanding of the materials. Questions need to be interactive, meaning, the participants must click on the screen to submit a response.
Responsibilities:
Client is seeking a qualified individual(s) to create and upload training materials of Foster Care/Adoption pre-licensure using scripts and PPT that the State has created in Client’s Learn system by June 13.
Training topics include:
• Reunification – approximately 50 minutes
• Child Development- approximately 50 minutes
• Creating Safe and Nurturing- approximately
• Separation, Grief & Loss – approximately 110 minutes
• Intro ICWA- Native American Culture – approximately 60 minutes.
• Effective Communication - approximately 50 minutes
• Impact of Substance Use approximately 45 minutes.
• Overview of Paperwork – approximately 15 minutes
• Family Time Training – approximately 60 minutes
• Maintaining Birth Family Connections after adoption – approximately 90 minutes
